Error code E01, E02, E07, and E09
These codes mean that the water pressure in your boiler isn’t up to standard. Check the water pressure. If the pressure is above 1.0 bar, you should restart the boiler. Turn off the boiler, and wait a few seconds before turning it on again. If the error code reappears, please contact us. If the water pressure is below 1.0 bar, you will have to refill the central heating boiler.

Error code E4
When this error code shows, it means there’s a problem with the gas supply to your boiler. Check if the gas tap is opened. If it isn’t, open it up and restart the boiler. If this doesn’t fix the problem, please contact us, so one of our mechanics can help you further.

Error codes E6, E7, and EA
These codes mean that there’s a problem with the incineration system of your boiler. You should contact us when this is the case.

Error codes F0, F1, and F3
If one of these error codes pop up on the display, it means that there’s something wrong with the thermostat. Please check if your thermostat is set in the right mode.
