Error code 1
When this error code shows, it means that your boiler is heating up too much. This could be caused by a low water pressure. The pressure should be between 1 and 2 bar. If the water pressure is too low, you should refill the central heating boiler. Another fix for this problem could be venting your boiler and radiators, or to open at least two radiators completely.

Error code 4
This error means that the burner of your boiler doesn’t function properly. This could be caused by an insufficient gas supply to your boiler. Check if the gas tap is opened up. If it’s not, open it and restart the boiler. If this doesn't work, please contact us.

Error code 5 and 6
These error codes mean there’s a detection error in your boiler. As there are a variety of reasons as to why the boiler is malfunctioning, it is best to contact us.
